Support for the GLCCB comes from many sources, but a large part of our work is supported by the generous contributions of individuals in the community. The GLCCB is the only organization in the state of Maryland dedicated to serving GLBT individuals, which it has done since 1977. The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Baltimore is a 501(c)(3) organization, which means that, where applicable, your gift is tax-deductible. Make a Donation in Honor or in Memory of Someone

You can honor someone special, remember a loved one, or celebrate a special event with a gift to the GLCCB. Click here to access our donation form. We will be happy to send the appropriate notifications for you.

Make a Donation via United Way or a Workplace Giving Campaign

You can make contributions to the GLCCB via payroll deduction through the United Way. Just designate the “Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Baltimore” on the form under “Other Charities.”

We also participate in the Combined Charities Campaign for Baltimore City employees. Our agency designation code is 9737. If you have questions about how to contribute through workplace giving, see your organization's campaign coordinator for specific instructions.

Matching Gifts

You can increase your gift if your company offers a matching gift program. Many companies match charitable gifts made by their employees. Ask your employer for information and any applicable forms you may need to send us with your contribution.

Volunteer Your Time

We are always in need of talented and committed volunteers. Our Board of Trustees and service committees depend on volunteer help. Our annual events like Baltimore Pride wouldn’t be successful without the help of many volunteers.
